Warranty, Refund, Exchange Policy
The LineBacker™ Security device is warranted to perform as described in any video or print copy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, That is; that the assurances made by the manufacturer have been exaggerated, or that the product can be proven to be defective, you may return the product and get a full refund provided you notify the manufacturer within thirty days of the date of purchase.
Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. If a product is defective, the return freight will be refunded. And, if an exchange for any defective product is desired the manufacturer will pay for shipping the replacement.
Currently we only offer shipping within the US.
We currently only ship to Europe and Canada. Please come back if you are looking to have to product shipped elsewhere and contact us directly using our contact page and we will see if we can handle your request in the meantime.
International orders are shipped by UPSP Priority Mail International 6 -10 days. However please allow up 21 business days for international shipping.
The Linebacker LLC is not responsible for any additional customs tax, VAT or handling costs that you may incur through shipping to your country.
Your package may be held at customs and not released until you have paid the required fees.
